About the practice
Fifteen 10 Architects was formed by director Stuart Clark in 2024. The RIBA Chartered practice specialises in rural planning and Permitted Development Rights, focusing on eco homes, conversions and renovations. Stuart Clark is a certified Passivhaus Designer with experience across the deep retrofit of social housing and a range of building sectors, from single family homes to large hotels. He has led multidisciplinary planning and architecture teams securing consent in areas of constraint such as Green Belt, Conservation Areas, Listed Buildings, National Parks and Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
