Armatherm supplies structural thermal break materials designed to combine low thermal conductivity with high compressive strength, aimed at architects, structural engineers and building design professionals. Its product family includes Armatherm 500, a high-density polyurethane material for a range of building loads, Armatherm FRR for heavy-load applications, and the ArmaGirt Z-Girt nonconductive cladding support system. Products are used to address thermal bridging at parapet and roof penetrations, foundation walls, column bases, cladding attachments and balcony or canopy connections. The company states its products are BBA accredited and approved to BS standards, and it has supplied over 12,500 installed projects across more than 40 countries since being established in 2007.
