About Aeroseal UK.

Aeroseal UK (formerly AeroBarrier UK, following a partnership integrating the AeroBarrier UK team into the Aeroseal brand) applies a patented, mist-based sealing technology to air-seal the building envelope in new build and retrofit projects. A water-based, ultra-low-VOC polymer sealant is atomised inside a pressurised building using a blower door and computer-controlled system, which locates and seals gaps, cracks and penetrations automatically while monitoring temperature, pressure, humidity and sealant distribution in real time; results are measured with a pre- and post-seal blower door test on the day of application. The company works with main contractors, housing associations, specifiers and self-builders, citing benefits including reduced heat loss through the building fabric, protection against damp and mould, and support for SAP/EPC compliance and the Future Homes Standard. It is based in Hereford.
