TimberTight designs, manufactures and erects timber frame structures from its factory in Cleckheaton, West Yorkshire, working across self-build, Passivhaus, residential development and commercial sectors. Its offsite-manufactured systems include thermal wall, floor and roof frames, metal-web joists, I-joists and roof trusses, aiming to reduce weather-related delays and onsite waste compared with traditional brick and block construction. The company offers a bespoke technical design service alongside project and contract management, and timber frame erection carried out by its own team. Case studies on the site include multi-unit residential developments and self-build homes constructed to Passivhaus-suited specifications.
