Mayflower Mortgage is a family-run mortgage broker founded by Mike and Lulu after their own difficulties securing a self-build mortgage. The firm arranges self-build mortgages, renovation mortgages, barn conversion mortgages, bridging finance, development finance and build insurances. It is a strategic partner of the National Custom and Self Build Association (NaCSBA) and a member of the National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers (NACFB), the Association of Mortgage Intermediaries (AMI) and the Structural Timber Association (STA). The team also offers build reports, cash-flow forecasting and procurement software support for self-builders.
